Please read before booking.
By booking a session with Alyse Marie Photography, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all policies and terms. These policies are in place to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone.
Booking & Payment
Non-Refundable Retainer
A $35 non-refundable retainer is required to secure your session date and time. This amount will be applied toward your total session balance. No date is reserved until the retainer has been received.
Final Payment
The remaining balance is due on or before the day of your session ONLY unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
Rescheduling
Life happens! Clients may reschedule their session one time with at least 48 hours' notice. Additional rescheduling requests may be subject to a fee.
Cancellations
Retainers are non-refundable. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Weather Policy
If weather conditions are unsafe or unsuitable for your session, I will work with you to reschedule at no additional charge.
Session Arrival
Please Arrive on Time
Please arrive at your scheduled session time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your session may be shortened to accommodate other bookings. Excessive tardiness may result in cancellation of the session without refund. I schedule sessions around the best natural lighting to give you the most beautiful photos possible. Because lighting changes quickly, arriving late can result in less shooting time and fewer images.
Outfit & Styling Guidelines
To ensure your photos look their best:
Avoid hats and sunglasses whenever possible, as they can create shadows and hide facial features. ( Cowboy hats are allowed )
Avoid clothing with large logos, graphics, or distracting designs.
Choose outfits that reflect your personality and style.
Wear clothing that makes you feel comfortable and confident.
The best photos happen when you feel like yourself!
Photo delivery
Turnaround Time:
Your gallery will be delivered within 1–2 weeks of your session unless otherwise discussed.
Editing Style
All images are edited in Alyse Marie Photography's signature style. RAW/unedited images will not be provided.
Location & Travel
Session Locations
Session locations will be finalized 1–2 days before your session.
Travel Fees
Travel fees may apply for locations outside of the Las Cruces/Hobbs/Lovington area. Any applicable travel fee will be discussed prior to booking.
Image Usage
Printing & Sharing
If you'd like to support my work, I would greatly appreciate it if you could tag me (@ _alysemariephotography) on social media when you share your photos. To preserve the artistic vision I’ve crafted, I kindly ask that you avoid adding any filters to the images. A lot of care goes into my editing process, and I strive to ensure the final photos are of the highest creative quality. If you'd like any photos in black and white or want adjustments to tone, color, or contrast, feel free to reach out—I'd be happy to help.
